Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before enrolling in the Skill Trainer Certification Program (Train-The-Trainer) offered by “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions: 1. Enrollment Confirmation: Participants must accurately complete the application form and provide all required information. Acceptance into the program is subject to review and approval by concerned authorities of “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). 2. Payment: Payment for the program must be made in full before the commencement of the training. 3. Refund Policy: Participants who are not satisfied after attending the first two sessions are eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the participant has attended three or more consecutive sessions. 4. Attendance and Participation: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, both in-person and virtual unless prior arrangements have been made with “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). Participants are responsible for informing the concerned authority in advance if they are unable to attend a session and for making arrangements to catch up on missed content. Active participation in discussions, activities, and assessments is essential for successful completion. 5. Access to Materials: Participants will be provided access to program materials, resources, and online platforms necessary for both in-person and virtual components of the training. Participants are granted an exclusive, non-transferable licence to use program materials for personal learning purposes only. Unauthorised distribution or sharing of program materials, including but not limited to uploading to public platforms, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 6. Technology Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection for virtual components of the program. The Learning Management System (LMS) will be decided by “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). Any technical issues on the participant's end are not the responsibility of “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). 7. Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during the program. Recording or sharing of training sessions without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. The obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the program. 8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Program. Disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to harassment or disrespectful conduct towards fellow participants or trainers, may result in dismissal from the program without a refund. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns about the conduct of others to concerned authorities of “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd) for prompt investigation. 9. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including presentations, handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). Participants must not reproduce, distribute, or use program materials for commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd). Participants are encouraged to seek permission for any intended use of program concepts or materials in their professional practice. 10. Assessment and Certification: Participants will be assessed based on their engagement, performance, and completion of assigned tasks. Successful completion of the program is required to receive dual certification.“SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of academic dishonesty or unethical behaviour. 11. Cancellation and Rescheduling: “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes to the schedule. 12. Program Changes: “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, or faculty without prior notice. 13. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd), trainers, and affiliated entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program. This indemnification clause survives the termination or completion of the program. 14. Earnings Disclaimer: “SkillsCorp” (Sharanam Transformative Learning Pvt Ltd) does not guarantee any specific earnings or financial outcomes as a result of participating in the program. Earnings and success depend on individual efforts, skills, and market conditions. 15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
