Career Launchpad is a job readiness program designed for college and university students, as well as recent graduates, to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace expectations in India. Graduates of the program will be ready to apply for jobs following expected standards, secure interview opportunities, and position themselves to receive multiple job offers.
Objectives: Equip learners with job-searching and interview-cracking skills, while fostering essential power skills that complement their technical expertise for entry-level roles.
Content: A series of interventions, including training, assessment, and real-world projects, that prepare learners to access and navigate the job market effectively.
